Core Process Summary

As we have seen, the levelgrinding.com core process for personal effectiveness consists of four steps: Assesment, Alignment, Engagement, and Continuous Improvement.

These steps can be applied very generally on a daily basis to improve overall effectiveness and enable us to set and attain realistic goals. We also will want to utilize the process at periodic intervals in a more strategic manner to ensure effectiveness in our Purpose and Values. We will need some practice to develop the skills to the point where they start to feel natural and begin to become habits, then, once we begin to master them we will want to apply them various specific aspects or channels of our life. We’ll explore this in greater detail in the Channels section of levelgrinding.com, opening Fall 2009.
