Your Personal Product Line

Once you have figured out who your personal stakeholders are, you can start to think about your Personal Product Line. In business terms, a product line is a collection of related products sold by a single company. All products within a product line are related, but may vary in attributes such as style, target audience, quality etc. Whether a company's primary business is a service or a physical product, the concept of the product line is the same.

What kinds of products are you producing in your personal life?

Think again for a moment about your personal stakeholders.

What products and services do you provide each stakeholder?

What services or products do they expect from you?

Do the services and products live up to the expectations?
(On a side note - Are the expectations reasonable and rational?)

How is the quality of your product line?

What aspects of your Personal Product Line may require modification to produce more stakeholder value?
